You can find this file in the folder on Windows : C:\Users\username\Documents\Virtual Machines\name virtual machine
Edit the file (.vmx) for a delay you need to add the following: bios.bootDelay = “10000”
Now when you start the server/desktop it will wait for 10 seconds.
