Error ID 2001 – Source : Usbperf Unable to read the “First Counter” value under the usbperf\Performance Key Windows 2012
Pls try with: https://support.microsoft.com/sr-latn-rs/help/2554336/how-to-manually-rebuild-performance-counters-for-windows-server-2008-64bit-or-windows-server-2008-r2-systems. It worked for me on 2012R2.
