Please back-up the recovery key when you use bitlocker on the Windows system drive!!
Please do not forget, because when we clear the Chip the system will never boot again.
Suspend bitlocker. When we reboot the machine, the first reboot after the TPM disabled you can boot only one time. After the first reboot the TPM is activated again!!!!
Make a copy of the recovery key!!!! And save this on a other computer.

Type tmp.smc in search.

Reboot the machine and press F1 ( HP laptop ).
Ans if you use Windows hello with a pin? remove the code and create a new code!
